With the big kids
Maria wore a serious face for this photo, taken on a very enjoyable day spent with the Sydserff family. We walked along the river in Kingston up Thames, where these photos were taken. We aren't sure why Maria looks so earnest, but I believe she feared no one would take her seriously if she smiled. She wanted to lend the occasion gravitas. William, David and Lucy (left to right), on the other hand, opted for a more lively approach.

I love the photos of Maria! She is getting so BIG!!! That's amazing too that she is climbing the stairs all the way to the top! Our big new is that Faith took three steps all by herself yesterday! :)
